Paul Lew, the company’s founder and President, founded Lew Aerospace in 2002 to develop Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the U.S. military and also serves as Lew Aerospace’s Chief Engineer. He has received a number of awards for his engineering design and holds several patents related to mechanical and aerodynamic design.

Throughout the 90’s and prior to founding Lew Aerospace, Mr. Lew developed advanced composite wheels which achieved a following among racing cyclists because of the wheel’s high strength and particularly their low weight. To this date, seven years after their introduction into the bicycle racing community, no lighter wheelset is available.

Lew Racing sets the standard for wheel technology with the innovative moulding of super-light, ultra-durable composite rims, winning multiple Ironman, World Championships, Olympic Medals, and Tour De France Stages.
