6 January 2009 - We have just discovered that our spam filter in our email system has been overzealous and had put most of our customer emails in spam folders. Hence, we were not receiving many of your emails and were not responding, which we deeply regret. We have now fixed this issue and hopefully, will not have this problem again.

If you do not receive any reply from us within the next 24 hours, please send us an email again (Ask Alex). Your previous emails may have been automatically deleted in the spam folder and were not able to be saved by us.
